We are an independent private informational service company located in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. We neither provide nor offer investment advice.
Our company’s founder and chairman, L. D. (Deen) Edgar, is the originator of the Info-Impact market monitoring perspective and Info-Impact monitoring process. Before forming Info-Impact Monitoring, LLC, Mr. Edgar was a consultant to major corporations for twenty-five years and prior to that, a bank executive and trust officer for fifteen years. In addition to his business affiliation due diligence consulting work, he served as a review panelist on the Department of Defense’s SDI, BMDO and MDA technology application and commercialization review programs for more than ten years.
Officers and directors of Info-Impact Monitoring, LLC are investors and do use the perspective our overview provides as part of their individual market monitoring processes.
